Pricing

All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. Mary MacKillop Precinct Gift Shop tries to ensure that prices are accurate. If a product is advertised with an erroneous price, we will contact you to reconfirm the order at the correct price or offer a cancellation and refund if necessary. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your order.

Product Availability

Mary MacKillop Precinct Gift Shop endeavours to ensure products ordered are in stock. In cases where an order is placed and the relevant product is found to be out of stock, Mary MacKillop Precinct Gift Shop will notify you by email. If no substitute is agreed upon, we will refund in full any amounts paid.

Payment

Products purchased through Mary MacKillop Precinct Gift Shop must be paid for at the time of ordering. We accept Mastercard, American Express and Visa. Payment is processed through our Commonwealth Bank e-commerce facility.

Dispatch and Delivery

Mary MacKillop Precinct Gift Shop normally processes orders within 3 business days. If for some reason we are unable to dispatch an order within 3 business days, we will notify you by email or phone. During peak times, such as Christmas, Easter, and Mary MacKillop’s Feast Day, delivery times may vary.

We dispatch goods within Australia and internationally using Australia Post. Please check www.auspost.com.au  for estimated delivery times.

Postage Fees

With the exception of orders for the annual Josephite Calendar, Mary MacKillop Precinct Gift Shop charges a flat rate for packaging and postage, which is displayed at checkout. In the case of  significantly large orders, you will be contacted regarding postage costs.

New Zealand – POA
All other Countries – POA

*Postage costs for Josephite Calendars vary. Please call the Mary MacKillop Museum 08 8130 5910 for current bulk postage rates.

Should you choose to personally collect your order, there will be no postage charge. Orders may be collected from Mary MacKillop Museum, 19 Phillips Street, Kensington SA 5068, during opening hours: 10.00am-4.00pm Tuesday to Friday & 10:00am-1:00pm Saturday.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Customers wishing to return goods must contact Mary MacKillop Precinct Gift Shop by email info.mmprecinct@sosj.org.au or phone 08 8130 5910, and provide us with the Order Number before returns and refunds will be considered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a refund, minus postage fees.

Any product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or confirmation.

A defective, incorrect or damaged product must be reported and returned to Mary MacKillop Precinct Gift Shop within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We will make arrangements to replace the unsuitable item/s. The cost of returning defective, incorrect or damaged products, by standard post, will be refunded to you. Mary MacKillop Precinct Gift Shop does not refund postage for goods returned because of a change of mind.
